Deposit Policy

All bookings at Estetica Belle require a non-refundable IDR 200,000 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. 

Deposits can be paid in person, over the phone, or via saved credit card details when booking online. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be used toward any service or product, or transferred to a friend or family member.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Refunds are at the discretion of management. If you are unable to make a deposit, we are unfortunately unable to secure your booking.

To make changes or cancel your appointment, please call us directly as soon as possible.

 

 
Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate. To avoid cancellation fees and to allow other clients to book in, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointment reminders are sent 4 days in advance via text to help you stay on track.

A cancellation fee of IDR 200,000 applies if:

  • You cancel within 48 hours

  • You do not show up to your appointment

  • You arrive too late to proceed with your treatment

Please arrive on time, and if you’re running late, give us a quick call. Your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. We also ask that phones be silenced during your visit to ensure a relaxing experience.

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates from Estetica Belle are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Valid for all services and products

  • Must be presented at time of treatment

  • Not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable

  • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced

  • A cancellation fee of IDR 200,000 will apply if you cancel or no-show with less than 48 hours’ notice. This will be deducted from the certificate balance.

Gift Certificates can be purchased in-studio or online.

Retail Products

All our skincare and beauty products are sourced from trusted, authentic suppliers. We ensure that all products on our shelves are fresh and well within expiry. 

Our team will assist you in selecting the most suitable products for your skin type and concerns. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Children In Clinic

As much as we adore little ones, for the safety of your child and to maintain a calm environment for all our guests, children and babies are not permitted in the clinic unless accompanied by another adult who can care for them while you are in treatment.
